Questioning Black/Gray chick in the front in the 1st picture and same bird on the left in tbe 2nd picture.

I hatched them in December, black one is a mix of Black Sex Link & Wyandotte...4 month old, was always on the fence on this one. Had waddle and comb early but never as promenade as the others.

Light Grey chick in the back started crowing this week and I thought hen for sure this whole time

Yeah, that light gray one snuck past you because he's got some very clear Flags showing his true identity, even before he started crowing. That being said the good news is the other bird is a Pullet

For reference. This 3rd picture is of the other gray chick hatched the same time that had very clear signs very early on. Full waddle and comb..... so by comparison I was hoping hen. LOL

Yep 100%
Starting crowing this week. I think I was purposely blind to the hackle feathers really wanted more Olive eggers
