Thoughts? Sold hatching eggs, customer.. Update: We have babies! lol.

I'd be straight up with this guy and first off tell him the facts of life, then tell him you want to work with him to find out what REALLY went wrong. Depending what did go wrong, i'd still try to help the guy out. Feel your way and do what you gotta do. When incubating, it's ALWAYS a crap shoot!!!!!!!!

Well- He emailed me and the chicks are chirping and getting ready to hatch. He finally told me its his first hatch. It was soooo frustrating asking him questions trying to help and getting nothing back. From now on I am including a help sheet with all eggs!!

Update 2: The babies are hatching as we speak. Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh my!!!

What an ass that guy is! At least he didn't cook them. He owes you an apology!​

He had me so worried I could spit, but I am not mad at him.. I really wish he had just waited before telling me he had no chicks. I was so upset after getting that short email! I wish I had known from the get go he was a first time hatcher, would have made me worry a loooooooot less!! I was bugging myself trying to think of how in the world it could have been a fault on my end.
