I never liked taking care of the chickens when I was a kid, but these little gals are cool.
I got them so my son could have some chores to do, and I'm having fun, too. They're in the barn in a makeshift cage, but they've outgrown it. I finally got a few days off, so they get a new home. I hope I can do half as well as some of the poultry mansions I've seen here.

Have you looked at the Coops section for ideas? There are small coop and medium coops and large coops and basic coops and smart coops... LOL Many, if not all comes with loads of pics and plans as well. Have fun!
