Well I got a good start on the Taj Mahen.
It got dark on me, or I'd still be out there.
Somewhere I saw a recommendation to make egg access doors that swing in. Brilliant idea!
This is working out so much more simple than the padded egg-drop chute my son wanted me to create.
 
We've only got six chickens left. I ended up putting them in the barn for the winter.
Now it's time to get them out into thier little home. I made them a chain link pen.
We named them all Ethyl. Then discovered there were four roosters. We're calling them Ernie.
