This is my first hatch, from which only four Khaki Campbell ducklings came out. Three siblings hatched on the 6th of March and this one took one more day to hatch. He was the first one to make a dent on his shell but then it stayed like that for two or three days until it finally hatched without assistance.

Compared to the others he seems more immature and yesterday he was already arching his back and falling. Only one day later he seems worse, looks like he is having a seizure and sometimes takes him too long to stand up.
Please watch the video to get the idea:

I have been feeding them egg, nutritional yeast and also electrolytes (salt and bicarbonate) diluted in water. They are in a cardboard box with hay and spend most of the time under the brooder. The other three are fine and making a lot of progress. What can possibly be wrong with this little one? Looks like he is quickly regressing... Any ideas and suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks!

There’s something else wrong as well, but it has splay legs. He needs vitamin B

It looks like vitamin deficiency, give him one 400i.u Vitamin E capsule and about 1/3 of a vitamin B complex tablet, every day for a few weeks.
What's his diet?
I gave them all basically egg until now and nutritional yeast which is already a mix of vitamin B. I also feel them a tiny bit of liver which they devoured.

Thanks! I will try adding some vitamin E
Because you are feeding them other stuff then duck crumble you should have a little bowl of chick grit
In the wind they get grit from the ground and need it to digest feed
In captivity we have to provide it
