Three eggs in one day?

I posted here recently about a one-year old Cayuga female with a badly injured ankle. I've been trying to nurse her back to health for about a week and a half; for the first few days after the injury, she continued laying normally, then stopped. I got one small egg (with a slightly pitted shell) from her last week. When I let her out this morning, she had THREE eggs in her nest. She's isolated, and I clean her nest daily, so I'm confident she laid all three. They're all a bit small, but otherwise appear normal.

I'm wondering how common this is, if it means anything relative to her recovery, and if there's anything that I should be doing to prevent problems. My specific concern is that carrying multiple eggs may increase her chances of becoming egg bound or otherwise stressed.
