Three hens, three eggs. One egg from the three has a cloudy eggwhite.

Same feed....obviously.....just one is cloudy in the white. Two year old red stars and one silver laced wyandotte.

Normal?

I'm not sure I understand that question but I can tell you this.

The fresher an egg, the cloudier the white.

When a hen first lays an egg, the air cell in the egg is full of carbon dioxide which clouds the white. As the egg ages, the carbon dioxide escapes through the pores in the shell and is replaced by oxygen. When the level of oxygen in the egg is higher than the level of carbon dioxide the white clears. Thus a cloudy egg white is a sign of a really fresh egg.

All three eggs are laid with in a few minutes.

Only one looks cloudy/milky and the other two look normal. The cloudy egg seems to get slightly darker a few day's after it has been laid.

don't know why that happens, I agree it is not the freshness of the egg as I had that same thing happen last year when my leg horns started laying, non of my other hens had the cloudy egg, it seems to have stopped as they age. I was told it was the freshness of the egg, but I collect eggs every day and just some were cloudy and I new it was the leghorns as they are the only white egg layers I have. I don't think it is anything to worry about though. the eggs taste fine and no one complained
