I have three year-old Mottled Javas and one nine-month-old Silver Duckwing Yokohama/Cream Legbar cockerel for sale.

Faith, Hope, and Charity, the Javas, are excellent layers of lovely pinkish-white eggs. They even produced all through the winter! Unfortunately, they've eschewed nesting boxes due to an unusual set-up, but they're quite smart and could be taught without much difficulty.

Honor, the Mixed Breed Cockerel, is a Very Good Boy. He was hatched by one of my broody hens and she raised him well. He is not aggressive with either his ladies or humans and doesn't crow too much. He will make a wonderful rooster for someone's backyard flock.

The gang's only bad trait is a tendency to skittishness. While they grew up in a loving home, they've also spent most of their life free-ranging (of course, they are locked up at night) and it is very difficult to catch them unless you've got them cornered in their coop.

I am willing to drive a bit to make sure these chickens receive a good home. Please PM me with your general location if you are interested :).
