Hi,

Any ideas what sex these chicks are? We have hatched out three, it was the first time for us, and for our broody so we went with just a few eggs (6 although three were unfertile)

It may be to soon to tell.
it's hard to tell from the pictures too, my best guess would be all female.
If you had top veiw shots of each chicks combs that might make it easier to tell. As a general rule, as chicks get older, (about the age your chicks are now, or older) males combs will start turning a pinkish red, and generally bigger, while females combs tend to stay small and yellowish / black in color, or at least yellowish / black in your case. Love that little blue one. Good luck

Ahh thanks guys,

I knew it was a little early but I'm loving the lean towards girlies (so far *fingers crossed*)

I will try to put some pic's up (with more detail) in a week or two

cheers:)
