We've had our girls for about 6 - 7 weeks now. Since we got them, the one I assume to be the eldest (she has a bigger comb by far and her legs are much scalier) has done this little 'sneeze' thing on the odd occasion. I let them out today though (for the first time since the dog attack), and she's noticably 'chesty'....especially if she stresses out (like when I pick her up). She's also 'sneezing' more. The other birds seem unaffected. I've googled, i've looked on here, and nothing makes sense...those are her ONLY symptoms, and I would have thought that since it seems to have developed over this long a period of time, if it were catching a) the other girls would have it and b) if it were any of the things i've found googling and looking on here, she'd have other symptoms?? She seems totally fine, she's the only one producing eggs and the production hasn't dropped, the eggs are still good too, she's running around like a mad thing and digging in the garden. I did hear a noise the other day when I was cleaning their pen that I thought was her with a chesty like thing, but then it stopped, and I didn't hear it again.

Thoughts?

I'd give her a little oral antibiotic and then make sure they have good ventilation in their coop. Make sure there's not a bunch of dust or the ammonia smell of urine. Use a pinch of electrolyte/vitamins int he water. Make sure she's eating good. Give her a little extra treat of some kitty food or spare hard boiled egg to make sure she keeps her appetite.
