Throwing up liquid???

I held my chicken then water came out of her mouth suddenly! Is this sour crop?? I already was suspecting it since she wasn’t eating much so i check her crop first thing in the morning few days ago and it was empty so i thought its probably something else. But now this happened. I’m not sure if it’s sour crop because her crop is soft like normal and not like a balloon. I also felt something clicking in her lungs maybe? It lasted a second or two then stopped. And i feel something a bit hard in her neck/throut. Btw i checked inside her mouth and there is nothing weird.

Please help.

How does her belly feel? I don’t believe they throw up water with water belly. Her area by her vent would be bloated and squishy.

It's not water belly, you just put pressure on her crop or shook her up a bit.
