Throwing up watery white goop

What is going on? My Barred Rock Hen is spitting up watery white goopy stuff?
She seems ok otherwise, any body seen this and know what it might be and should I do anything for her? Its dark now, but I will post a picture tomorrow.

Gently feel of her crop first thing in the morning to check if it is empty and flat, full and puffy or boggy, or firm. Don’t squeeze too hard since it can cause her to throw up more. What has she been eating?

She free ranges, and Purina Layer food, so could be anything.

Did you feel of her crop this morning before she had anything to eat or drink? Has she still been throwing up today. Is there any sour odor from her beak?

Here she is this morning. She has started losing feathers and still throwing up(see Photo) and it is coming out both ends.
