When my chicks hatch like this, I usually find it doesn't need any more interference after disconnecting the shell and the stub will fall off a few days later. Come on babies!

Interesting how they all seem to find an egg to cuddle with. Like they're encouraging those that haven't hatched yet.

I keep refreshing this thread for updates. It's been a while since I did the bulk of my hatching and I miss it. Somehow it's more exciting after you've been away for some time.

I keep hoping for one of the hatch-a-longs to set up a hatch-cam so we can watch along

This very exciting, started my first set of eggs almost 50 years ago and this never gets old.
One gentle piece of advice, resist the urge to intervene, every time the incubator gets opened it introduces dry cold air and it can throw sand in the gears of the hatching process for all the others... If you must intervene, do it very sparingly.
