Thumbelina and the Colonel

So these are two of our 5 chickens; they were all born the same day (4/8) and should all be NH Reds. The size difference confuses me but the other three are at various stages as well; just kind of funny to see the difference. I am assuming this is normal right? She is healthy and happy and the others actually look out for her.
