Thumbs Up if you like eating Quail eggs...?

Pickled! If you want to call them that. They are little bite size fireballs! Oh SO good!

I have never had pickled quail eggs either.

And since no one else in this house is going to eat them either, I have never had the desire to make them. I think I like your idea Model A Tractor, pickles on the side.

Yummmm........... there's nothin' like havin' a stanky ol' quail egg freshly seasoned with quail butt sittin' on the same plate as the food that you're actually eatin'.
