Bearded Mille Fleur Belgian d'Uccle Bantam?

But neither has booties "feather footed" nor black tipped feathers.

Plus this bird is a lighter shade of brown...more tan than burnt orange.

What breed/color of chicken is this?

The color is Golden Neck. She looks like a d'Anvers, but she should have a rose comb.
