So exciting! I love the breeds you chose.

I added a frizzle Polish to my adult flock of 3, and there were no issues, although I suspect that's because none of the girls think she's really a chicken. . .

Congrats on the upcoming new additions!

About the Polish, I got one as a "freebie" in an order of dual purpose chicks from a hatchery. Eventually I had to separate the little guy from the other chicks as they wouldn't leave his top knot alone. Just something to keep an eye on, hopefully, you won't have a problem.

I saw of someone trimming it lol if that's the case I'm a dog groomer and can make her a little top knot like a poodle 😉 only if it won't hurt her of course I also have silkies so they one from this order and my 3 will all go in with the 5 I have that have survived so far thanks for the info

that's good to hear mine are not laying yet so I'm hoping they will just be ready to start when this next "clutch" of chicks is ready to be added I'll have close to 20 chickens if they all make it if I have any have problems I believe if it's due to shipping or within like the first week they will be replaced or if they don't have the chicks I want store credit I'm so excited also have 3 partridge silkie mixes that I'll be able to add these new ones with as they are still not big enough to go into coop I got them all at the right time as silkies tend to take a little longer to develope at least in my experience
