A week ago I was able to use info I read from this site, after many searches, to save my tom turkey. I kinda figured from research he most likely had blackhead. In some posts from this site I found the use of cayenne pepper could kill the protozoa that causes the illness and then death. I used it and he fully recovered within 3 days. Happy would be a understatement. Now the chickens and my turkeys recieve cayenne a couple times a month with there food.so thank you barnyard chicken members for saving my big tom turkey.
