AI would be wise to choose thier battles carefully or they may go the way of the United Way or other non-profits of the past.

Maybe AI should preach "love thy neighbor" instead.

Maybe it was all of the above or someone decided better now then later.
 
For those who have posted in this thread that the days where human rights are being infringed are past you are either very naive or just plain blind. For those of you who are posting that the Iraq war was a necessary war and that it was good to take out Saddam I will tell you that it may be nice to see that Saddam is dead but, for me, that pleasure was not worth the many thousands of American lives that were lost and you should be voluteering to send your children and grandchildren to Afganistan
