I am going to set eggs in my homemade bator, no turner & I am going to tilt the bator instead of opening it 3 times a day, will this be enough angle for the eggs ?

You really don't want the eggs banging against each other.
It's OK to open the incubator for turning, adding water &/or candling.
The eggs do not start to cool down right away. You can saftely have
the 'bator open for 15-20 minutes per day.
