Time for change

I have posted on "My Neighborhood" app a desire to petition the City of Pompano Beach to allow pet chickens. With regulations on the number of hens allowed and if they will allow roosters. I have gotten alot of support so far.
Does anyone have any tips suggestions or examples of what should be in the petition. Allow me to say we have feral chickens and rooster in the neighborhood already.
