Time For Feed Transition???

I'm wondering about how old to transition my girls from "starter feed" to pullet/laying feed? Two of the girls are about 8-9 weeks old, the other 7-8, very healthy and happy. I think I read to wait to about 4 months? Then switch to layering feed or?
 
Thanks. They love the feed and they're getting some fruits and dandelions, grass....

Mine are obviously too young to lay yet, but they're growing fast!
