I have 4 9-10 week old chicks that spend their days outside. Here where im at in florida the coolest over night weather this week will be 59°. Can i leave these babies out all night without a lamp?

Yes the run and coop are secure i just never put babies out during fall or winter and worry about them. All the chicks i raise get put out during spring and summer. Well i guess they will be left out tomorrow night or should i slowly leave them out there like a few extra hrs past dark each night?

Your climate is so mild, and barring a severe cold snap, I would just install the chicks in the coop and leave them to explore their new accommodations. If they find their way out of the coop into the run, you may need to guide them back into the coop for a few times when the sun sets.
