Time for some amoxicillin for this bumblefoot?

I found a black scab on each foot about two weeks ago but unfortunately, I was leaving for vacation and couldn't treat her until I got back on Sunday. It looked like it got better but I still soaked and wrapped her. When I checked her yesterday, she seemed fine but I noticed some dried blood around the wrappings so I took it off. Her feet still looked pretty normal, just some dried blood and cracks. Come this morning, and the poor thing is limping and picking at the scab. It looks pretty bad and swollen. I think she might even still have mites but I'll have to check her again. Which just means I can't bring her inside, unfortunately. The flock had mites, lice and scaly leg mites and I treated them with Ivermectin 2x two weeks apart. Not sure if I should do a third round if I find mites again, but it certainly makes this trickier.

I do have some amoxicillin on hand and was wondering if it's time to give her some of that with aspirin, along with the regular foot soaks (no Epsom salt because it might sting), Vetericyn, maybe PRID? I also bought Silvex which says it's for staph infection. I also got an exacto knife because I think I might need to draw it out with a more invasive method, unfortunately.

Do you have a pic of the bottom of the foot? It does look awfully swollen...

Are those pictures of both feet or just one? The one picture that looks like maybe bumblefoot is too blurry to see detail. Really need a better, clearer picture to be able to tell you anything. Honestly, all are pretty blurry. The only place I can see that looks like it may have bled is on the leg above the ankle, was there injury there, or was the wrapping too tight? Bumblefoot is rarely an urgent emergency, it would be good if we could see better pictures before you start cutting anything.

Sorry, I was in a hurry to get the pictures posted. My hands were shaking and it was hard to find the right focus. Her right foot on the bottom has a light gray swollen hard lump. I didn't see your post in time so I made a small cut with an exacto knife expecting a lot of pus, but nothing really came out. I pushed a bit and only a little blood. It didn't bleed at all. She has a lump the similar size on the same leg a bit higher up.

I do think vet care might be the best solution at this point. I'll call tomorrow to see what the wait and cost is. The last time I checked there was a one week wait, so I'll see. Not sure what else I can do on my own. The amoxicillin I have is probably actually no good anymore since it has been sitting outside in a bin for the last year and a half. I did order a new bottle that should get here in 4-8 business days but I have a gut feeling she may not make it by then.
