Time Frame Help!

I am hatching out Emus ( First time) and day before yesterday they started Peeping In the Shell ( Exciting Right!). So my question is - How long after you hear peeping do they start busting out to meet everyone? And when should I step in to start helping?

I dont know about EMmus but with hcikens i give mine about 24 hours to do things alone then i start to worry!

I have been told From 12 hours to a week, Chickens, Ducks, Geese, but no one seems to know with emus. lol Geese are at a week, I am wondering if emus are longer maybe? since egg is bigger, shell thicker., no clue, We are on day three, they are still peeping, I dont want to lose them after 2 months in incubator.
