Time line for most posts in a day, 7 days, etc.

When does a time period start and end? Sometimes I have many posts and only part of them are included in the daily numbers. I tend to be up at weird hours, sometimes not going to bed till 7 am. I am a night person. So my posts run across maybe two days. If I knew the cut off point per day I would change my routine.

The "most posts in 7 days" is a rolling count for literally the last 7 days, or 168 hours. I don't think it is calculated in "real time"... I think our server updates the count every once in a while... it might even be nightly.
