Time of day?

About 90% of my eggs are laid early morning. I'm in western Washington, where the days are really short this time of year. I have a light that comes on in the coop, in the nesting area, so they have 14 hours total of light. The roosting area stays dark until the sun comes up. I open the coop at dawn- this month around 7:30 am- feed them and collect the eggs. When I close the coop, at night, there are usually a few eggs, but not many.
