Hi folks - I am thinking about diving into meat birds this year and would like to try out the White Laced Red Cornish. Can anyone give me an idea when they butcher theirs? I've read that they are slower to maturity.

I have a standard WLRC. He will be going into the pot this weekend. He was hatched 4-27-08 a little long but he is nice sized now. Was a little slow to grow.
