Hello, We have one 10 week old hen RIR that we named "uno"

and then we have five 8 week old RIR hens and four 8 week old RIR roosters. We want to move them in with our three 38 week old hens and one 33 week old rooster. Boy that was a mouth full ! Anyhow could anyone suggest the best way to do this. We have read so many ideas. The 10 and 8 week olds have all lived together in a smaller chkn house. We only plan to keep maybe one of the new roosters but havent decided that for sure. Is it okay to move them in all together or should we put the little roosters somewhere else? With that in mind, eventually when we keep one of the new roosters and all the hens do you think we can keep the two roosters with all 8 hens together in the same coop/pen?Thanks for your advice!

You need to move the youngsters into a smaller cage within/next to the big coop so they can all see each other and get use to the others being around. If possible let them start free ranging together. After a week or so you can start leaving them together, but you'll have to keep an eye on them. You should be fine with 2 roos for 8 hens as long as you don't have a super aggressive roo.
