Time to sell?

I have 2 1/2 week old bobwhite chicks. Just amazed at how fast they grow and have a feed and seed store waiting to purchase from me. They already are able to fly up at least 18” when approached.
First molt is 28 days I read, so should I sell at 3 weeks or 4? As I understand it will be awhile before can tell male from female.
There are 18 here and new hatch from Friday ended up with 33 new cuties.

I would sell them quick as you can. The quicker you sell them the faster your brooder opens up and the less feed you have invested in them.

If feed store doesn't want a specific age let them go

Okay! Thanks! They have not had bobwhites in past so unfamiliar with them as much as me being first time.
They are off heat control now since garage pen is 85-108 degrees daytime.
