timing question

She finally hatched about three hours ago with a lot of help. She's looking good though, just very tired.

You did great! She was probably exhausted after the long drawn out hatch. How is she now?

She's alert, but calm and quiet. Never had a single chick act like she didn't care that she was alone. Thank goodness I found the link to the step by step assisted hatching on here. Without that info she would have died. As it was, she was just too tired to do any of the work. I have video of her hatching in my hand encouraged by the whistling of my boys and the neighbor kids. You would have thought she had just scored the winning touchdown in the superbowl by all of the cheering.
