tin shed as coop.

I need some help before winter gets here.
Right now i have a coop with 8 hens in it and another coop that is a little smaller with 2 guineas in it. Electric is ran to the hens' coop but not to the guineas'. We have a large tin shed that is 10 by 30. Would this work for the winter?
Can we have both the hens and guineas in this? We will build a run off the side and add insulation. Any tips will be gladly appreciated.If you need pics, let me know.

Well the tin shed is closer to the house and a lot bigger so i thought that it would be better for them.

Our coop is going to be inside a tin shed. Lots of people have them!
