Little ants have taken over the ENTIRE house. They are in all the sinks. They are on all the counters. They are on my recliner. They are upstairs. They are downstairs. I've put diatomaceous earth on sinks; they circumvent it. I've put it on some ant hills outside; the rain washes it away. HELP!

Don't panic Joe - it's seasonal. Put down little ant motels all over the place and wait a couple days. In the meantime, watch your back.

I thought we had tiny ants last year.... turned out to be termites....

Yuck. They sound like *pee* ants. Dont remember why they call them pee ants. Anyones guess.

We didnt have them in enormous amounts. You have to walk the perimeter of your house (along the foundation) and destroy them at that point. We have a Do It Yourself Pest Control store here in Washington state. Hope you have one there.

We had to use chemicals. Gosh. Good luck.

Ants will not pass a line of cloves sprinkled around. They hate it. Spinkle some at your doorways, outside any windows that might touch the ground, any vents or other point of entry. I do agree it's seasonal.
Careful not to tick them off too much, they can lift tons more than their size, wouldn't want to see you get carried off by a bunch of angry ants!
