Tiny chickens? Or chicks?

A friend gave me these tiny chicks. They seem very small, she said they were bantam but I've never seen such small ones? 2 have feathered feet, the white one looks like it has wings on its legs
Any ideas why they are so small?

Bantams are small, but some are even smaller than others.

The ones in your photos look like they are not yet fully grown, so that would make them even smaller than adult bantams of the same breeds.
