I’ve had chickens for 10yrs… I know tape worms, and round worms but I haven’t seen anything quite like this….

I happened to be sitting with my young chicks as they have been out on grass for the first time the last 2 days and one chick pooped a tiny bit of liquidy poop right next to me and there were tons of these tiny clear/whiteish worms swimming all over in the poop. I tried to do a search as I’m sure others have seen these before. Sorry no photos, I didn’t have my phone with me. Are these Cecal worms?

How old are the chicks? Are you sure they wernt maggots? Cecal worms arnt clear, they are white or off white in color.
I saw this chick poop and the worms were in the poop live. They could have been white, off white, I couldn’t tell exactly. The first thing I noticed was the poop moving, and it was hard to see the individual worms. Definitely not maggots. The chick that pooped this out was about 7 weeks. I have about 25 chicks, they have been integrated with 7 adults
