Tiny dozen?

  1. So we three hens laying normal sixed eggs and the rest are just starting to lay so they are smaller. We sell our eggs....has anyone ever just sold a tiny dozen and for how much???

    Yes, depending on what you get in your area I have sold the smaller ones for less. Or I have just saved them and used them myself. Right now I only have three layers and I do not know if they are on strike or what but I have not found but one egg in three days. Not happy with the older girls. I expect all the others to start laying about middle of September. Even though they free range unless in lockdown for a visiting predator I went and put some plastic eggs in all the boxes. Not that they will lay their eggs in them of course.[​IMG]

    I sell banty eggs as "kid Sized Eggs" or as a joke, "Low Cholesterol Eggs"
  4. Thats pretty funny...low cholesterol eggs....I wonder if it's true?
