There's a thing on Youtube where people make tiny versions of food (pancakes, cookies, etc) to feed to their hamsters. I see absolutely no reason why this couldn't be done with quail. Personally, I'd make them a tiny hamburger- cut a bun down to the size of a coin, fry a tiny patty, add a crumb of cheese and a crumb of bacon, maybe serve with a tiny salad. Present on a tiny table with a little plate for them to eat off of. It'd be adorable.
