I have 9 guineas with 6 of them being hens. For 5 of these, this is their first year of laying. They started up mid to late April and all had normal size eggs. In the past week or so, one of them has been laying a very small egg, about half the size of a normal guinea egg. I thought they were probably yolkless, like small chicken eggs so when I opened it, I found a yolk. I will be setting some of these this week in the incubator along with some normal sized ones to see if they develop. Just curious if anyone has had any luck with these tiny eggs. Maybe I will start a new trend. miniguineas I'll take a picture tonight of the difference and post it.
