I've used Ivermectin injectable for cattle and swine. 4cc's per gallon of H20 for 3 days. 10 days later do it again to kill anything that's hatched. If you still see dander, you could do it a 3rd time. I still eat the eggs there's no difference with the tast at all,and a few of my customers do too. I do tell everyone what's going on.. I've learned for my vet, the only thing it could do to me is make me immuned to a wormer if I ever got worms or such, and I'm really not worried about that. The mites can ONLY live on chickens, fowl, so when the Ivermectin gets into the bloodstream, all of their food has it and they all die. Eggs will be contaminated with it for 10 days after the last treatment. That's what's I've done 2x's and it's worked. If one has them..................................... they all will.
