Tiny Runt Bantam Cochin

I bought 4 bantam cochins 3 weeks ago, and they should be about 4 weeks old now. One of them, whom I call Tiny, just isn't growing at he same rate as the others. Her sisters are twice as big as she is, and much more developed in general. She eats, drinks, and poops, and I've cleaned her vent multiple times for pasty butt, but for the most part it stays clear. She seems pretty alert, but lately I've noticed her eyes seem to be sort of half closed. You can see what I mean in the pictures.

Is there anything I should be doing to help her along? In the pics she is beside her sister (same roo and hen parents).

I'm very interested to see what others say because I have two Partridge rock Bantams ..one was always much smaller and one of her eyes looks like this...my kids say she looks like she's thinking about something mean. She's about a year now and her eye still looks like that and she's much smaller than her sister who is almost the size of a standard chicken.

Interesting. Well that gives me hope that she can live to adulthoood, at least.

This morning my husband found one of our hen's chicks outside the coop and very cold, almost dead. He brought her in and I gave her sugar water and held her under a heat lamp, and now she's perked up and seems fine. Anyway, I brought Tiny in to keep her company, and Tiny is actually smaller than this 2-3 days old chick!
