We have 10 turkeys all the same age (12 weeks). Six are much larger and the other four are very small in comparison and seem to be far behind in development. Would anyone know a reason to this?

Yes, we got them as day olds and they were progressing at the same rate until about 6 weeks of age.I'm not a turkey expert, but are you positive that they are all the same age?
The size difference would make a lot more sense in that case! The small are Narangasset the large are Broad Breasted Bronze. one's a market breed ones a heritage breed
We ordered them all as Orlopp Bronze so they shouldn’t be different breeds..?The small are Narangasset the large are Broad Breasted Bronze. one's a market breed ones a heritage breed
