hi there I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips for a more successful hatch. I've hatched ducks before but my hatch rate wasn't as good as I hoped last time. There was meant to be 6 eggs last time 4 developed into full ducklings but only 2 managed to hatch other two had died in the shell. This time around I have the same quantity of eggs(6) and at the moment I'm on day 2 I'm just wondering if there are any handy tips you can share which can help increase the hatch and ensure the embryos survival.

Give us some info so we do not have to ask a lot of questions----Type incubator/name/number, temperature, humidity, how old the eggs are, did you wash them---etc, etc???

I have the Janoel 12 incubator I got from amazon. I have the 6 eggs set at 37.5 degrees, the eggs came fully clean with no dirty on it looked clean. Humidity at 55% and it's an automatic turn incubator therefore it turns the eggs it's self. I am trying to hatch Crested Bali runner ducks this time round thank you for the help.
