Does anyone have any tips to get better hatch rates? My hatch rates are always lower, and my temps & humidity are always good..

What kind of incubator are you using? Is it still or forced air? Do you have checked/accurate thermometers/hygrometer? What humidity are you running at the first 17 days? What are you running for lockdown humidity? Are your hatches usually on time or late? Do you do eggtopsies? If you do, what are you finding? What kind of eggs are you hatching? Are they local or shipped eggs? All these questions will help us help you narrow it down.
