Tips for moving from brooder to coop

What are some tips/tricks for moving ducklings from in the house, in their brooder, to outside in their coop/run? Just keep putting them in or it a little each day? They FREAK OUT when I leave them. Example: today I put them in their run and hung out with them for like 45 minutes then went back in the house. They yelled and freaked out for the next hour until I came back outside.

Cold turkey is the way to go. Put them out there, give them a bowl or pool of water to swim in and they’ll forget all about you.

@mikki080 how old are your ducklings if you have had them since tiny they of course are going to be scared without their mommy it takes time for them to get used to a new setup. Just be patient. I would find a large rock or make some type of steps for them to be able to get into that container of water if that is for bathing you don't want them hurting their legs getting out of there.
