What can I start to look for in my chicks to confirm (or not!) that they are pullets? I have red sex links, black sex links, barred rocks, new hampshire x, and cornish x.

Here is a link on sexing barred rocks: https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/136346/sexing-barred-rock-chicks

Red sex links and black sex links can be sexed at hatch (hence their name). The male chick will be one color, and the female chick will be another.

As far as the other two breeds, I am pretty sure it is a waiting game on them. Wait until they get some comb development. Males comb/wattles/earlobes will get bigger and redder before females. Generally females comb/wattles/earlobes don't get red until closer to laying age.
