Tips on getting flock to accept a rooster?

So i'm guessing the best plan is to give one away? It's highly unlikely the older rooster to accept the younger one correct?
That's typically how it works. Of course, with any living animal, there are no absolutes. Sometimes it works, most times it doesn't. If the older one is already chasing after him, I'm afraid it could turn ugly real fast.

Update! Today, the older one hasn't showed aggression towards the little one which is super surprising. I'm crossing my fingers I don't have to rehome one but if aggression comes up again I will have to. Thanks for the advice guys

It's great to hear that they are reacting okay towards each other now. Another thing I like to do is rearrange the run and coop. Move roosting poles, moving toys, moving feeders, adding new feeders, as much as possible. It allows them to focus on anything other than the newcomer. I do that after I am done introducing them through a fence or kennel. Also, It helps if you add the kennel in at night. It's much calmer.
