Tips on how to encourage a broody

I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks on how to encourage a broody, my flock is quite young, all 1 and 2 years, they are great layers and a couple of them have kind of tried but havent been serious and given up.
Ive incubated looads but i would like my daughter to experience the natural cycle.
Ive read up on it and done practically everything possible to
