My 3 year old Isa Brown has been very off the past couple of days, she has been eating and drinking bare minimum and her poos are out of the ordinary - small with white and yellow liquid and very little solid. At first I thought it was a broken egg inside of her and I put her in a warm bath and tried to make her really relaxed, lubricating her vent with vegetable oil. I have also tried clearing her vent out with a vinegar/water mixture that has been recommended in previous posts, which has also worked quite well. I have been able to get her to eat some scrambled egg - which she seems to enjoy - but she has not passed any shell. She began to get a bit flustered so I gave her some liquids and put her back with our other hens to relax her.

We have already had these EXACT symptoms in one of her sisters -who we lost- and I really don't want to loose another!

Is it possible that there is no egg broken but instead she is egg bound? Is there any way to treat her? please help!

Yes. That was my first thought when our first Isa started acting funny. So it has only been 2 weeks since we wormed them.
