I picked up my new Silkie chickens a few weeks ago from the breeding centre.
One is very energetic, the other definitely less so, but today, the larger less energetic one needed to be lifted out of the hutch as she was asleep, which didn't worry me. I have gone down the garden about 2 hours later and she was asleep, slightly worried I shook her (fearing the worse) nothing, then she slightly woke up, but now back to sleep, I have put her in the hutch and left her for a while to see if that helps. Other than this the poo seems fine, they appear to be eating normally. Any thoughts?
