Tired Chicken

My chicken Chia has run out of energy. She just lays down and she doesn’t move much unless I pick her up and move her. Maybe it is the summer sun or heat. She hasn’t done this before. She is an Americana chicken and very heat hardy. It is 87 today and fells like 88. What on earth could this be?!

How old is she and what does she it? Any other symptoms?

Is she panting and/or holding her wings away from her body?
Do they have shade?
Even if a bird is purported to heat heat hardy doesn't mean they will be fine in high temps.
....and Ameraucana/Easter Eggers are not really heat hardy breeds/crosses.
